A Gentle, Supportive Approach to Wellbeing

Hello, I’m Sharon. I’m so glad you found this space.

If you feel like your nervous system is stuck on high alert, or you’re navigating the physical and emotional shifts of midlife, you aren’t alone. I’m here to help you find your way back to calm.

I create somatic-informed yoga and meditation practices designed to support the nervous system. My work is for you if you feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, or quietly exhausted, and you are looking for something softer and more supportive than mainstream yoga.

This is not about pushing, fixing, or improving yourself. It’s about creating space to settle, soften, and breathe again.

Supporting the Nervous System with Care

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 25 years and teaching for the past five. Over time, yoga has become my “North Star”—a steady place to return to for resilience and joy when life feels demanding.

My approach is guided by a deep understanding of how ongoing stress affects the body. When pressure builds, it becomes difficult to fully rest. My practices focus on the “felt sense”—prioritizing internal awareness over “perfect” poses—to help you release stored tension and restore emotional harmony.

A Whole-Person Perspective

Alongside yoga, I bring a background in Psychology and training as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. This allows me to offer a whole-person perspective on wellbeing. I understand how movement, rest, nourishment, and daily rhythms work together to regulate your nervous system. I bring this understanding quietly into my work, offering you tools for healing without adding more “shoulds” to your to-do list.

A Sanctuary for Midlife and Beyond

I am especially passionate about supporting women in midlife. Perimenopause and menopause bring profound physical and emotional changes, often while you are balancing the “sandwich generation” responsibilities of caring for both children and aging parents.

This is a time of life that requires a different relationship with your body. My work offers reassurance rather than demand. Whether we are addressing menopause anxiety, joint stiffness, or fatigue, the intention is to help you feel supported, grounded, and gently held.

Who I Am

I am a 50 year old woman, from Scotland but living in Kenya with my husband and our two children. Navigating the beautiful but often full pace of life here has taught me that “wellbeing” has to be realistic to be effective. Everything I share is created with real life in mind—short, accessible, nervous-system-friendly practices that fit into a busy day.

If you’re looking for a nurturing approach that helps you feel relaxed rather than pushed, you’ve come to the right place.
