About me
A Gentle, Supportive Approach to Wellbeing
Hello, I’m Sharon.
I’m really glad you’re here.
I create gentle yoga and meditation videos to support the nervous system and help you feel calmer, more spacious, and more at ease in your body and mind. My work supports you when you feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, or quietly exhausted, and when you are looking for something softer and more supportive than mainstream yoga.
This is not about pushing, fixing, or improving yourself.
It’s about creating space to settle, soften, and breathe again.
Supporting the Nervous System with Care
I’ve been practising yoga for over 25 years and teaching for the past five. Over time, yoga has offered me a steady place to return to — a way to reset and reconnect when life feels full or demanding. That understanding shapes everything I share.
My work is guided by an awareness of how ongoing stress affects the nervous system. When pressure builds, it can become difficult to fully rest or let go. The yoga and meditation videos I offer are designed to gently counter this, helping you release tension and find a sense of ease.
Alongside my yoga teaching, I have a background in psychology and training as an integrative nutrition health coach. This gives me a whole-person perspective on wellbeing and a deep respect for how movement, rest, nourishment, and daily rhythms work together. I bring this understanding quietly into my work, without rules or pressure.
A Space for Midlife and Beyond
I’m especially passionate about supporting women in midlife and beyond. Perimenopause and menopause bring physical and emotional changes that often have to be balanced alongside ongoing responsibility to care for family. This is when you may realise you need a different relationship with your body and energy.
My work offers reassurance rather than demand. It invites listening instead of striving. The intention is to help you feel supported, grounded, and gently held.
Who I am
I live in Kenya with my husband and our two children, and I understand how full everyday life can be. Everything I share is created with real life in mind — short, accessible practices you can return to whenever you need.
If you’re looking for a nurturing, nervous-system-friendly approach to wellbeing — one that helps you feel relaxed and supported rather than pushed — you’ve come to the right place.
